Refund Policy

You may request a cancellation for a full refund until April 25th 2023. Please note that registrations are non-transferable. If you have any questions regarding refunds, please contact us at [email protected].

BMCRC Rules and Regulations

  • Smoking is not permitted in or near any of the rooms or buildings.
  • Drugs, intoxicating drinks, firearms, and fireworks are not allowed on the grounds.
  • All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Youth group retreats require one adult per 8 children or youth.
  • Do not move any items or utensils from one room to another or outside.
  • Check-in is after 2 pm (except in the summer months of June, July, and August when check-in is after 4 pm) and check-out is at 10 am. If you need to check in after 9 pm or check out after 10 am, special arrangements must be made with the office.
  • Our curfew is 11 pm, so please be respectful of the peace and quiet between 11 pm and 7 am.
  • Please dress modestly, avoiding halter tops, strapless tops, or tube tops. Shirts and shoes must be worn in the cafeteria and auditorium, and short shorts (no more than 3 inches above the knee) are not allowed in these areas. During the summer months, modest swimwear is required, and cover-ups must be worn to and from the swimming area.
  • Skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, and scooters are not allowed.
  • Please turn off the lights when you’re not in your room.
  • Blue Mountain Christian Retreat is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property.
  • Pets are not allowed on the grounds, except in campsites.
  • Candles and open flames are not allowed in units or meeting rooms.
  • Blue Mountain Christian Retreat does not provide medical personnel and assumes no liability or responsibility in the event of a medical emergency.
  • During your stay, photographs or videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes in both print and digital materials.
